Why DNS changes on win 10 wireless connection - adds 127.0.0.1 and my local IP

Win 10 Pro connected via wireless and not joined to a Domain, I have done just about everything that i have seen on this… scan, clean, flush, diff browsers, connect to different networks… all the same result ! I can set the DNS myself but as soon as you open a webpage (with any browser) it adds the 127.0.0.1 and my local IP back as DNS ...
