There are nine fitness facilities located across campus to provide an opportunity for exercise wherever you live. Leisure activities include Bocce Ball, Corn Hole, Ladder Golf, Bicycles, Trikkes and a Tandem bike. There are three outdoor basketball courts and four beach volleyball courts available for your enjoyment.

HPUREC has six outdoor heated pools each including a 16-person Jacuzzi which offers a relaxing break. Enjoy some time outside of the classroom by unwinding at the pools conveniently located at Slane Student Center, Panther Commons, Greek Village, Centennial Square 1 & 2, and Aldridge Village.

The Slane Center includes basketball courts, an aerobics room, a cardiovascular center, a fully equipped weight room, a suspended indoor track, an exercise room, locker rooms and an atrium.

Millis Athletic and Convocation Center is a 1750-seat multi-purpose athletic and academic facility on the campus of High Point University (HPU) in High Point, North Carolina.
