2016年7月5日 · Is replacing the brake fluid really necessary? I've been driving cars since 1985 and bought my 1st in 1988. I find it interesting that the whole brake fluid flush as "regular maintenance" didn't exist (to my knowledge) until recently. I drove my last car for 10 years and it had 260,000 km on it when I sold it.

2021年5月18日 · If it was not necessary, we wouldn't be seeing them on every car. That's like a whole entire quarter of a dollar of savings per corner per car! (No big to drive around like that for now but get it sorted out before wintery slush fest hits the roads. It's to protect your brakes.)

2017年3月9日 · Nope, it honestly is not that necessary. YES it does help prevent fires and heat contact, but like the others are saying, just do not park on an piles of leaves, grass, yada yada. Mine rusted off while driving, LOUDEST and MOST annoying noise ever.
