Just because Kawaki thinks that doesn’t actually make it true. Boruto has used them to outpace Kawaki’s growth over the past 3 years. If shinobi methods are so ineffective Kawaki should be way stronger than Boruto right now. I certainly don’t think Kawaki would have mopped the floor with Code the way Boruto did.
