After some research it seems Twitch made an update on what browsers and browser versions it allows to login to its servers. Nvidia has not updated their browser extension in geforce experience and twitch is rejecting the login attempt because of it. Nvidia is pointing the finger at twitch basically saying it's twitch's fault.

The issue isn't wait times, the issue is Geforce's policies of artificially inflating wait times. The idea that free users shouldn't expect anything or criticize anything is dumb. The statement that free users are like children whining the family pc is occupied is also dumb.

2022年8月5日 · I uninstalled everything "Nvidia", removed the driver via Device Manager (right click on video card, uninstall, check the box that says also uninstall driver), removed all folders in program files and appdata, removed temp, etc. etc. etc. and STILL I get the same message, this HAS to be on their end, especially with all of the threads in the past days on on this sub alone.

I have geforce now, I have an xbox, I have game pass, I have ubisoft+, I bought most of the assassins creed games from microsoft store on my xbox (beside game pass), I can play ac mirage on my xbox (via ubisoft+) without buying but I can’t play any of these games on geforce now. They want me to buy pc versions of these games.
