May 8, 2009 · I have a 2005 Vantage truck all just recently jumpstarted my neighbors car and afterwords I lost the speedo and the governor seems to be actuating at 2500 rpm’s with the check light engine on. I tried in ODM scanner to pull codes from the motor unsuccessful.

Aug 16, 2011 · I will agree that the trucks are not as good as the Japanese trucks, but a huge part of the problem with them was parts are not available. I have seen several trucks with well over 100,000km on them still running well, but need some minor seals and gaskets that people have never been found.

Sep 25, 2007 · Does anybody know much about the Vantage branded vehicles sold in the US? I found a Vantage WXci extended-cab TruckAll mini truck sitting in a machine yard and was curious. While made overseas it is definitely a Kei-class vehicle. The importer is Vantage Vehicles International in California. It is left-had drive and looks to be a 5-speed.

Dec 7, 2022 · I picked up a 200X Vantage Truckall with a fuel injected engine. Looking to see if anyone has a few pieces. I need the Fuel pressure regulator to start with. If I can get this injected motor running I'll have a carburated motor avail for parts. I have two of these trucks & looking to make one a good runner.

Aug 15, 2010 · Well it took about 45 minutes to do, keep in mind I did it in my shop with a car hoist, your time may vary. To disconnect the speed limiter is the easy part, just remove the sensor that goes between the speedo cable and the transfer case, and re- install the cable without it, I just zip tied it up out of the way.

Apr 10, 2008 · I recaently heard from a Dist. for Tatanka trucks here in Texas that they went belly up. They notified him recently and said they were out of business no more Tatanka trucks. (Not really because I think who ever builds the Tatanka truck in China also builds the Vantage trucks and parts for Tiger trucks which are assembled in Oklahoma).
