Unless it is a very complex layout most circuits can be laid out on a double sided PCB. The important rules to follow would be to pay attention to power rails, supply and ground, and make provision for 100nF ceramic chip capacitors.

Dec 15, 2024 · The PCB layout in post #12 is a total disaster!!! There are textbooks fill of circuit drawings and many of them are intentionally made easy to follow. There is a website, "Schematics for free" that has thousands of circuits that you can study for style and arrangement.
