Remember the lines are pretty much only open between 8am and 9pm so if you call outside those hours it'll likely direct you to other help such as the website. If its a broadband issue you've got you could also try the SMS system to get one of BT's people to call you instead.

2024年10月3日 · I had a phone call today from 02032021434 saying BT were upgrading the broadband in my area after complaints of outages. They wanted access to my devices although an IPad wasn’t acceptable for their test and wanted computer access. I didn’t go along with this and just said my broadband was fine thanks and ended call.
