Dated a girl once who had Loba's exact same body type and her thighs were indeed almost the size of my waist. I have less perfect/polished proportions but same general body type and can confirm.

Loba is a Support Legend. She was introduced in Season 5 and is locked from the base game. She can be unlocked using digital currency: either 12,000 or 750, or by buying the Champion Edition downloadable content.

Loba's hitbox is also fucked for headshots too. the head sticks up far higher than the first person perspective leading to you getting headshot while perfectly in cover.
