It's a knock-on effect of a change they made to the coloured outlines on pickups for all Legends, though obviously other Legends only see the outlines when they look straight at them. I don't think they've acknowledged the fact it's made it harder to ID items from a distance as Loba, so unclear whether that'll get addressed.

You can see where she's throwing from across the map, it's loud, takes a few seconds for long throws, and there's a solid 2 seconds before your gun is back out.
