I send it back for repair under warranty, and all they did is, install windows 8.1 back. :A So what can you do yourself is, reset your device, and don't let windows 10 update the Lumia camera app.

2015年5月16日 · The default camera app (Microsoft Camera) is simply awful. Granted it doesn't take long to load, but that's about all it has going for it. It's extremely buggy and takes even longer than the Lumia Camera to save a picture and be ready for the next shot. That being said the Lumia Camera app runs pretty much exactly the same as on 8.1.
