2019年9月15日 · In the top right corner of the Camera application, there's an icon with a camera and arrow going around it - on your phone, it's the icon to use the camera on the rear of the device. If you mouse over the icon, it's called "Change camera" and that's just what it does. I clicked it and it switched to my USB camera.

2018年5月14日 · Yesterday I got an update from Windows 10. I waited 1-2 hours for it to finish but after the update I have problems with my USB Camera and Microphone. The devices are connected and I can see them listed as USB 2.0 MIC but they are not working. I tried the hardware on a laptop with Windows 7 and it works.

2020年1月3日 · There's really only 2 ways to do it, one is with the Camera app on the Win10 Start menu and the other would be with software provided by the maker of the computer or the camera. The Camera app has a number of resolution settings available when clicking the 'gear' [cog wheel] Settings icon in the app such as for Photos and Videos.

2020年12月7日 · I can find any sign of a driver for the enclosed camera. Checked everywhere in win 10. I have been looking around and so far there doesn't seem to be any support from Dell on this Laptop. So, my question is, does anyone know of a safe alternate place to go to hunt this driver down. We use the laptop for Skype and wanted to try out Zoom on it.
