I love watching it with her because there are no words, the story is simple, the images are beautiful, and there's nothing scary, although it is a little sad at the end when the snowman melts. She also likes most of the Pixar shorts that are not scary, especially Piper.

The voice you hear when you watch the Snowman isn’t Aled Jones at all, it’s Peter Auty. Jones only became associated with ‘We’re walking in the air’ because they wanted to use it for a Toys R Us ad a few years later and Auty’s voice had broken. Aled Jones went on to fame and fortune.
