Let the system cycle through the menu options (3 times for me), and it will automatically redirect you to speak to a representative.

2020年4月17日 · Call SCE at 800-655-4555 and wait a couple of hours for a customer service rep. Just plan on doing something during the wait, like delete old emails, etc. Ridiculously poor service.
