4. Puss In Boots. Big jump in quality from the third. This is a solid movie. 3. Shrek 1. The original is a classic. Memorable characters, strong villain, amazing soundtrack. But there are two that are better. 2. Shrek Forever After. Hot take, it's better than Shrek 1. This movie is a scapegoat for the absolute failure that was Shrek The Third.

Shrek 2 is the best. The Fairy Godmother it's just a better villain than Farquaad in all senses, the climax it's also a lot better than the first, and the emotional arc Shrek and Fiona have to go through the movie it's pretty touching.

2015年5月25日 · Shrek 2 I say this for many reasons. The Shrek series is a comedy franchise based around pop culture and parodying old fairytales. While the first Shrek movie did this well, there was many not funny and annoying jokes and the plot is extremely predictable. Shrek 2 is by far the best Shrek movie.

Shrek 2 is a rock fucking solid movie and a basically perfect sequel, but it’s only in 3rd because I’d sooner rewatch Shrek or The Last Wish than Shrek 2. Shrek Forever After is also great, but I don’t think it holds a candle to the top 3, and Puss in Boots and Shrek the Third are both movies that I never feel I’ll want to watch again lol.
