2022年8月4日 · If you're playing at 1080p your CPU is 100% holding your RTX 3090 Ti down. While the 9900KS is a fine gaming CPU it's not anywhere near as fast as current CPUs from both AMD and Intel and has definitely lost a few steps to them.

2008年8月2日 · This is normal and it sounds to me like you don't know what you're looking at in GPUZ. If the rendering task doesn't require peak power, the card won't draw peak power. I too have both a RTX 3090 and a RTX 3080 Ti and neither one constantly runs at it's max power draw. They are working as intended and only running at "peak" when required.
