2017年4月2日 · Every few minutes, my moto G6 will freeze, then resume. Doesn't matter what app I'm using, can be Facebook, Chrome, anything. I'll be watching a video or scrolling through reddit, and hit 4 seconds of being frozen, then fine. Started happening a few months ago.

I found that the quickest way to bring it back up is to hold both the volume buttons + power button (so all 3 together) for few secs to bring it to the "dead Android on its back" screen, then to bring it to "power off" with the up/down selection, and choose that power off (by the power button).

2020年7月16日 · Then sell G6 and get another G7, there are plenty of them. Or X4, less plenty. If you don't care about updates that much, Moto Z play has a good unofficial LOS 16 but its outdated, Aug 2019, it runs very well though.

I have an old g6 that I installed pixel experience on, it's running android 12 now. Everything works properly, although I haven't tried banking apps. I think there is an android 10 or 11 version as well.

2021年10月21日 · Yes and no. Moto G6 does not have alternate mode HDMI output cababilities over USB-C and does not support MHL You can use a Chromecast on your TV's HDMI port and send video via WiFi. But not Miracast. But there are USB OTG connected display adapters that can mirror the display. Displaylink adapters have Android drivers.

2021年4月12日 · I've owned a Moto G5 Plus, Moto G6, Moto G7 Power and Moto G Power (2020) if that gives you any idea. I expect them to last 12-18 months. I have small kids and expect some sort of abuse of my technology, so tend to buy lower-cost items. Even so, I usually move on to a new phone when charging ports go unreliable/bad in some way cleaning doesn't fix.

2014年5月27日 · This turned out to be a terrible idea; the moto g refused to charge even after I had it plugged into the wall charger until 12 this afternoon ( about 12 hours total). Did my research, it suggested to just hold the power button for a couple seconds. Did this a bunch of times and it did not work.

Moto G6 plus (evert) user u/Zealousideal_Owl2291 had the same issue & explained how he fixed it in this post. Pingning LineageOS dev u/npjohnson1 has he may remove the broken build from the servers.

2020年9月16日 · My Motorola G6 has entered into a boot loop, and when I select Recovery Mode from fastloader, it says No Command Entered.
