Assuming you're asking about the "Gaming OC" part and not the 3070 as others have addressed what to expect out of a 3070. The Gaming OC is a solid SKU, above the reference style SKU (EVGA Black) but a bit below cards like the FTW3, Strix or Gaming X which have beefier power delivery and even bigger cooling solutions.

I think all 3000 cards have whine to a greater or lesser extent. the Msi 3070 and the evga 3060ti I have both are lower whine than the gigabyte. i also replaced the power cables to the GPU with thicker guage wire, that also helped with whine.

2020年12月26日 · I considered chasing a 3070 as the extra 100 or so mightve been worth it but from what Im reading it does feel like a 3060ti is just a downtuned but unlocked 3070. OP definitely give your CPU the same treatment. Luckily 1usmus has made both OC and undervolting a simple process with CTR. Should see nice gains.

2022年5月12日 · Late to the show, but my 3070 with a 260w limit over clocked can hit +120-150 on the core. Hitting 2130-2150mhz in games at 260w. I throw +1200 on the memory as well during this. Core easily hits 60-65c I find the undervolt much more stable, .9v at 2025mhz. Normally draws 175w in demanding high fps scenarios. Core stays under 50c
