The major and only difference between the two is that the EVGA RTX 2070 SUPER XC Gaming is a dual slot graphics card. While the EVGA RTX 2070 SUPER XC Ultra Gaming is 2.75 slot, so it will essentially take up three PCIE expansion slots on your case.
