2019年2月28日 · We are excited to introduce the logo for the 2019 Galway Races. Our Summer Festival returns for its 150 th year, from Monday 29 th July to Sunday 4 th August. Remarkably, after 150 years, “Galway” continues to do what it has always done.

For a century and a half, people from all over Ireland and abroad have been coming to ‘Galway’ in their tens of thousands to enjoy the highly anticipated annual seven-day Galway Races. This year plans are in place for what will be an extra special year.

The Galway Races (Irish: Rásaí na Gaillimhe) is an Irish horse-racing festival that starts on the last Monday of July every year. Held at Ballybrit Racecourse in Galway, Ireland over seven days, it is one of the longest of all the race meets that occur in Ireland.
