Four shooters in South Carolina fired 70 shots into a car leaving a man dead and a woman injured, according to the Richland County Sheriff's Department.

Two suspicious individuals wearing camouflage and carrying what appeared to be rifle bags were seen near the tree line behind 2 schools in Spartanburg County.
