Superfakes' follows a small-time Chinatown counterfeit dealer who enters a dangerous black market underworld to fund her family's lifestyle.

“Superfakes” hails from A24 and UCP, a division of Universal Studio Group. A24, Josh Safdie, and Benny Safdie have collaborated on a slew of projects, including acclaimed Showtime series “The Curse.”

The NBCUniversal-owned streamer has ordered a crime drama called Superfakes from writer and showrunner Alice Ju ( Poker Face, Beef ). Josh Safdie and Benny Safdie ( Uncut Gems) are also among the executive producers;
