Two women had abortions after an NHS trust mistakenly told them their babies had serious conditions, the BBC has learned.

Lucy Letby, 35, was convicted of murdering seven babies and attempting to murder three more at the Countess of Chester Hospital in Cheshire between 2015 and 2016.
