Rumors suggest Sonic the Hedgehog 4 could be a romantic comedy, with Amy Rose playing a major role in the upcoming sequel.

Those who stuck around for the post-credits scene got the chance to see two other Sonic characters hit the screen in Amy Rose and Metal Sonic, teeing up what looks to be an epic Sonic 4 in 2027.

In Sonic the Hedgehog 3's post-credits scene, we were introduced to Amy Rose and chances are we'll get to visit a version of that twisted future in the already-confirmed fourth instalment.
