This quaint cottage has a large deck for entertaining. The driveway goes around the house with plenty of off-street parking. The driveway entrance is a little steep on the south entrance so low-profile cars should come in at an angle or use the north entrance. An outdoor power station is provided also. SmartLock, keyless entry. There are 3 steps to access the front door and 4 steps on the back deck. There is no handicapped access. We do not allow pets due to allergies. Absolutely no smoking in the house.
